You’ll work with clients and sub-contractors to make a plan for the entire paint project and then help oversee sub-contractors to make sure the job is always done right. Responsibilities: • Implement systems to organize tools, vehicles, and equipment, and schedule maintenance for them if necessary • Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts • Ensure teams work to follow all health and safety standards to prevent injuries and obstacles to project completion, and quickly report any safety regulation issues • Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met Qualifications: • Completed training for OSHA 30 license • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly valued • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
