We have grown at a rate of 34% globally year-on-year to present day where we stand at a current headcount of 1000+ consultants working from London, New York, Boston, San Francisco, Singapore, Hong Kong, Zurich, Dallas, Chicago, Berlin, Charlotte, Los Angeles.

Our Los Angeles office opened in 2020 and quickly became our most successful office launch in Phaidon History. We are now looking to expand our Los Angeles Team!

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT?

• Source senior level talent for top companies
• Utilize our global CRM data base containing a multitude of candidate profiles, in addition to LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and more.
• Build long-term professional relationships through networking with top talent and clients.
• Manage existing client accounts and conduct regular new business development outreach to expand client portfolios.
• Consult candidates and clients on relevant market trends.
• Articulately advertise job openings
• Maintain clear communication between all parties throughout the recruitment and hiring process.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• We are looking for competitive, motivated, driven, self-starters.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with a commission-based role is a bonus.
• Interpersonal skills
• Time-management/organization
