BIDS/CONTRACTS WRITER (CARMEL MOUNTAIN)

SALES/PROPOSAL WRITER Description: Phamatech is seeking a Proposal Writer with strong skill in verbal and writing communication. The candidate will be able to respond to Request for Proposals (RPFS) put out by potential clients. The position will be located in Carmel Mountain, San Diego. Some travel will be required. Scope of Work: • Review and analyze the Request for Proposals from potential clients. • Gather information to conducts proposal reviews with management. • Tracking and status of new business opportunities. • Researches, targets and qualifies business opportunities and leads. Basic Qualification: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: • 2 years of work experience preferred. • Proven verbal and writing communication skills required including the ability to create and deliver presentations. • Microsoft Excel knowledge. • Strong organizational, problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
