Job Description

Phamatech's IT department is looking for a creative and resourceful individual to join the team. The individual needs to be able to learn new things on their own and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Duties to include but not limited to:

*PC hardware and software maintenance.

*Upgrade PC hardware and software.

*Troubleshoot PC hardware and software issues.

*Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).

*Analyze data received from partner laboratory.

*Report out client results.

*Create monthly reports for various departments and clients.

*Support company's LIS system.

*Support office and laboratory personnel with PC or network issues.

*Over the phone support for internal and external clients.

*Web research for Covid-19 state test reporting requirements.

*Other Technology related issues that come up.

Preferred but not required:

*Microsoft Access and/or Oracle SQL knowledge.

*Web page design in Word Press.

*Networking experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with IT support.

Attention to detail is a must.

Some after-hour support.

Some weekend support.

Possible 2nd shift support in the future.

Salary: $15.00 and up (Depend On Experience and Education)
