Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST
Occasional Saturday shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Pharmacy Technician to support our fulfillment operations. This role plays a key part in processing and managing prescription orders, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service for patients and providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process pharmacy orders from receipt through completion

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness

• Prepare, scan, and manage documentation

• Enter prescription and patient data into internal systems

• Contact patients, members, or providers to verify information, collect payment details, and coordinate delivery priorities

• Interpret provider prescriptions and create orders in compliance with state regulations

• Retrieve and manage prescription, medical, lab, and reimbursement data

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Pharmacy Technician License (required)

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) (required)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-focused environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
