    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As Key Accounts Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our presence in the retail industry, specifically focusing on key accounts and big box retailers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision makers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful placement and promotion of our products within big box retail partners.

    Responsibilities:
    - Identify and target potential big box retailers that align with our brand and product offerings.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and store managers, within the market.
    - Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
    - Present our product portfolio to potential retailers, highlighting key features and benefits to drive interest and secure partnerships.
    - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure smooth implementation and execution of sales strategies.
    - Provide ongoing support to retail partners, including training on product features, order management, and resolving any issues or concerns.
    - Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to management to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
    - Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand industry knowledge and establish new business opportunities.
    - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in retail regulations and standards.

    Requirements:
    - Previous experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Proven track record of success in wholesale sales, specifically within the big box retail sector.
    - Strong network of contacts within big box retail companies.
    - Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
    - Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
    - Flexibility to travel as required to meet with retail partners and attend industry events.
