    Job Description

    PharmaSource is looking for an experienced client services professional to help support our pharmaceutical and medical device inside sales programs. This role would serve as a liaison between corporate offices/team members and key clients, ensuring programs are implemented to specifications while communicating program results and opportunities.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills with a solid background in account management/client services, marketing, communications and/or advertising.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Serving as point person both internally and with clients for assigned projects
    • Overseeing the creation and Client Legal, Medical, Regulatory approved marketing messaging and follow up materials (i.e., letters, emails); assist facilitation of approval while meeting all key deadlines
    • Consistent, ongoing communication with clients on key items such as:
      • program deliverables/outcomes against goals
      • potential issues and resolutions
      • future opportunities
    • Tracking and ordering collateral materials and ensure inventory is current/plentiful
    • Creating/updating tracking reports and monthly summary updates
    • Updating PharmaSource team members on all client activities, personnel changes, and process modifications
    • Working effectively with other vendors to ensure maximum client satisfaction
    • Working with all teams to identify and measure ROI
    • Attending status calls and client meetings, documenting outcomes and deliverables as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s Degree Required; advanced degree preferred
    • 3 + years of related experience in client services/project management, preferably in Healthcare Commercial Operations and/or contact center client services role
    • Healthcare Commercial Operations and/or contact center client services role
    • Experience working with marketing, advertising and promotional process preferred
    • Experience working in regulated operations environment required
    • Experience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals required
    • Proven project management experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience working with VEEVA Vault highly preferred
