We’re looking for a Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of a sales territory, develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers, and drive new business through initiative, grit, and strategic outreach. Responsibilities: • Drive Sales Performance : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and weekly activity goals by building strong relationships with key healthcare practitioners and executing effective territory growth strategies. • Stay Sharp and Informed : Engage in continuous training to stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and the competitive landscape to better serve provider needs. • Collaborate and Contribute : Actively participate in weekly team calls and biannual meetings to share insights, align on goals, and strengthen team cohesion. • Embrace Coaching for Growth : Partner closely with your Sales Manager through weekly coaching calls and quarterly performance reviews to support your development and success. • Maintain Operational Excellence : Keep accurate and up-to-date records for inventory, call logs, product sampling, and expenses in alignment with company standards. Qualifications: • Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, build rapport, and negotiate confidently with healthcare professionals and decision-makers. • Education : A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered. • Reliable Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for travel within your assigned territory. Compensation: $80,000 yearly DOE
