    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Manager to lead and optimize our pharmaceutical supply chain operations. This role will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including procurement, warehousing, inventory control, international and domestic logistics, cold chain management, and distribution to ensure regulatory compliance, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supply Chain Management

    · Develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals. · Manage procurement of pharmaceutical products including IMPs, and comparators. · Ensure supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

    Logistics and Distribution

    · Oversee daily logistics operations including cold chain, temperature-controlled shipments, and GDP-compliant transportation. · Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries. · Resolve logistics issues related to customs, documentation, or delayed shipments.

    Inventory and Warehouse Oversight

    · Manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses (domestic and international). · Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems. · Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP standards in all warehousing operations.

    Compliance and Documentation

    · Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines including FDA and EMA. · Maintain accurate records for batch traceability, product pedigree, and documentation for audits as per US DSCSA regulations. · Support internal and external audits and inspections.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    · Work closely with Quality, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and Business Development teams. · Support clinical trial supply planning and forecasting for global studies. · Contribute to RFP responses, costing, and client presentations when required.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical trial logistics.

    Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP, cold chain logistics, and global regulatory requirements.

    Proven experience managing global shipping, customs, and regulatory documentation.

    Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

    Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Certification in supply chain/logistics.

    Experience in clinical trial supply logistics or comparator sourcing.

    Familiarity with controlled substance logistics (DEA Schedules I–V).

    Multilingual or international logistics experience is a plus.
