Our flow is similar to a retail pharmacy, but much less hectic. • Ensure the validity and accuracy of Rx inputs, as well as final compounds. • Follow proper protocols, specifically USP 795 & 800. • Assist with the continuous development and adherence of SOPs for accreditations such as PCAB & NABP. • Handle provider calls, specifically taking prescriptions over the phone and answering compounding-related questions. • Handle patient calls, specifically about their compounded medications. • Organize and help solve patient/customer requests. • Lead technicians by example and with guidance. • Maintain patient confidentiality and understand privacy laws. • Come in with a great attitude every day. Qualifications: • At least one year of retail pharmacy experience. No compounding experience is required. • RPh, PharmD. Licensed in PA. • Excellent customer service skills. Our patients are like family and are expected to be treated with a smile and friendly tone in every single encounter. • Teamwork! Our technicians look up to our pharmacists and need a strong leader. • Math Skills. One of the most essential skills in compounding. • Availability to work every third Saturday from 10am-2pm. Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 yearly
