Job Summary

Duval Pharmacy, a well-established and locally owned pharmacy, is seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our team. The Pharmacist will review and accurately fill prescriptions, counsel patients on medications, provide immunizations and travel vaccines, and perform MTM reviews.

Responsibilities

Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and potential interactions

Dispense medications accurately and safely

Counsel patients on dosage, side effects, storage, and drug interactions

Maintain accurate patient and pharmacy records

Monitor inventory and ensure proper handling and storage

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant pharmacy environment

Contribute ideas for growth and innovation. We welcome an entrepreneurial spirit!

Help drive clinical services such as immunizations, medication therapy management, and health screenings

Qualifications

Current and active Florida state Pharmacist license

Immunization certification is required.

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

2 years of retail/independent pharmacy experience preferred (New grads welcome to apply)
