Pharmacist – Tribal Healthcare (Arizona-Based)

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our high-functioning pharmacy department within a respected tribal community in Arizona. This role is ideal for clinicians passionate about improving healthcare outcomes in underserved Native communities.

What You'll Do:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, team-driven outpatient setting
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Leverage automation systems like ScriptPro and Omnicell
• Participate in public health initiatives and patient education clinics
• Mentor pharmacy interns and techs
• Support and implement department process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license (Arizona preferred)
• BLS Certification (or obtained within 30 days)
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient/clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends
