Job Summary We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team. In this role, you’ll review incoming prescriptions for accuracy, verify appropriate dosages, and dispense the correct medications. Beyond filling prescriptions, you’ll counsel patients on how to take their medications, potential side effects, and proper storage. You will also help maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, communicates clearly and compassionately, and follows pharmaceutical best practices.

Responsibilities

Evaluate incoming prescriptions for accuracy, patient suitability, and potential drug interactions

Educate patients on side effects, dosages, storage requirements, and medication interactions

Maintain accurate patient records and organized pharmacy files

Perform regular inventory checks and follow proper procedures for receiving and categorizing new stock

Keep the pharmacy clean, safe, and compliant with all regulations

Qualifications

Current state pharmacist license required

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask and adjust priorities as needed in a busy environment
