We’re seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to oversee a clinic-based outpatient pharmacy serving a growing East Texas community. This full-time role is built for experienced pharmacy managers who enjoy patient interaction, want clear ownership of daily operations, and are ready for a stable weekday schedule without nights or routine weekends.

This position provides a $130,000–$140,000 base salary, full-time weekday hours with no routine weekend shifts, and a full benefits package with PTO. The role is best suited for a PharmD-trained pharmacist with an active, unrestricted Texas license and 3–5 years of retail or community pharmacy management experience who can confidently manage staff scheduling, oversee dispensing and verification, maintain regulatory compliance, and communicate clearly with patients, technicians, and clinic partners.

You’ll enjoy short commutes, easy parking, and a lower cost of living that supports homeownership and extra space, while still being within driving distance of larger Texas metros and the broader Gulf Coast for big-city amenities, air travel, and weekend getaways.
