TAS Drug Cherryville is seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a part- time pharmacy cashier. To be considered, you must have the ability to learn quickly, work accurately, and work your scheduled shift. We are healthcare professionals and our attitude and appearance must always reflect this. This is a challenging job in a faced-paced, retail healthcare environment dealing with patients with various quality-of-life issues. Flexibility in scheduling is required as shifts will vary between hours of operation.

Basic job duties include, but are not limited to:

Ring out processed prescriptions that are ready for pick up at the point-of-sale

Bag prescriptions in the appropriate manner for customer pick up at a later time

Intake new prescriptions from walk-in and drive through customers

Answer phone as workflow permits

Assist customers on the sales floor

Maintain priority of prescriptions for data entry in the appropriate order & basket color

Job requirements:

Must be 18 years old or older

Must have a clean background check & drug screen

This is a fast-paced job & you must be able to work quickly & accurately

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Dependability is expected

Be able to work your scheduled shift throughout the week and two Saturdays per month.
