What's Required:
- Friendly and courteous attitude towards our customers on the phone and in person.

- 1 or more years of experience working in a pharmacy (either retail or specialty setting).
What's Expected:
- Answering phones and screening new customers in person.
- Receiving customer service requests and either resolving them or passing them on to the correct department.
- Conduct pharmacy transactions such as but not limited to processing sales, operating point of sale and/or cashier responsibilities.
- Restocking retail shelves.
