What's Required:

• Friendly and courteous attitude towards our customers on the phone and in person.

• 1 or more years of experience working in a pharmacy (either retail or specialty setting).

What's Expected:

• Answering phones and screening new customers in person.
• Receiving customer service requests and either resolving them or passing them on to the correct department.
• Conduct pharmacy transactions such as but not limited to processing sales, operating point of sale and/or cashier responsibilities.
• Restocking retail shelves.
