Pharmacy In Charge to $140K - Outpatient Clinic – Weekdays – NW IL Near IA

We’re seeking a Pharmacist in Charge to lead daily operations and patient-centered pharmacy services in a clinic-based setting. This full-time role is ideal for experienced pharmacy managers who want a leadership-forward position with consistent weekday hours, strong operational ownership, and a steady work/life routine.

Highlights:

• $130,000–$140,000 base salary
• Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
• Closed most major holidays
• Lead dispensing workflow, patient counseling, inventory, and compliance
• Direct and schedule pharmacy technicians; support performance management

Requirements:

• PharmD
• Active, unrestricted Illinois Pharmacist license
• 3–5 years retail pharmacy management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills
