HOURS: M-F, 8-5

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctoral
• Pharmacist license in OR
• Significant pharmacy PIC experience
• Significant management/leadership experience
• Experience with clinic-based pharmacy operations
• LTC Pharmacy experience
