    Pharmacy Manager
    Our client has provided affordable and high-quality healthcare services to underserved and uninsured populations for over four decades since its inception in 1977. The organization operates ten healthcare centers, eight Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program locations, and a Mobile Health Unit across Indiana, offering primary medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare services to patients of all ages who may not otherwise have access due to financial constraints.

    The Position:
    Our client is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead the operations of their outpatient pharmacy at their Seymour, Indiana location. This mission-driven leadership role oversees pharmacy operations, staff management, 340B compliance, and pharmacy-based clinical services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:

    $151,000+ Salary
    $4,000 retention bonus paid after one year

    Requirements:
    • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program
    • Active Indiana pharmacist license
    Certified immunizer
    3+ years of pharmacy managerial experience preferred
    • Experience in a Community Health Center and/or 340B program administration preferred
    • Strong knowledge of medication use, storage protocols, and controlled substance regulations
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage all pharmacy staff, policies, and procedures
    • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication preparation and dispensing
    • Maintain inventory control and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
    • Ensure proper storage and handling of prescription drugs and controlled substances
    • Verify prescriptions with prescribing providers when necessary
    • Maintain accurate inventory, patient records, and insurance documentation
    • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient concerns
    • Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate pharmacy personnel
    • Lead the development and expansion of the retail pharmacy
    • Assist in opening the new Marion pharmacy and provide telepharmacy support
    • Collaborate with Executive Leadership on pharmacy progress and staffing needs
    • Uphold the organization’s mission, values, and standards of safety and quality
