    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our 503A Retail/Compounding Pharmacy team in Albuquerque, NM. This role will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective merchandising strategies that promote our compounded products, enhance the customer experience, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail merchandising, a strong sense of design, and a customer-centric approach to creating attractive displays that align with our pharmacy’s brand and regulatory standards. Please Note: Employment at EVEXIAS/FarmaKeio is contingent upon successful completion of applicable background and/or health screenings. Working Conditions: • Full-time position with standard Monday–Friday schedule (closed-door pharmacy, no weekends). • Work performed in a retail pharmacy setting with frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers and staff. • Must adhere to all safety protocols and USP <800> guidelines when applicable. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain attractive retail displays for compounded products, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and customer needs. • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to develop seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns. • Ensure all product displays are compliant with regulatory standards, including safety, labeling, and storage requirements. • Conduct market research to identify current retail trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions. • Coordinate product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional signage to optimize sales and customer engagement. • Manage inventory of display products and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and organization. • Train and support pharmacy staff on effective merchandising techniques and product knowledge. • Track the success of merchandising efforts and suggest adjustments based on sales data and customer feedback. • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure consistent messaging across all retail channels, both in-store and online. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy settings. • Strong understanding of visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional strategies. • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and design skills. • Knowledge of 503A pharmacy regulations and requirements (preferred). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to execute merchandising strategies effectively. • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail software systems are a plus.
