Working Conditions: • Full-time position with standard Monday–Friday schedule, 9 am-5 pm (no weekends). • Work performed in a retail pharmacy setting with frequent standing, walking, and interaction with customers and staff. • Must adhere to all safety protocols and USP <800> guidelines when applicable. Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain attractive retail displays for pharmacy products, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and customer needs. • Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to develop seasonal promotions, product launches, and sales campaigns. • Ensure all product displays are compliant with regulatory standards, including safety, labeling, and storage requirements. • Coordinate product placement, pricing strategies, and promotional signage to optimize sales and customer engagement. • Manage inventory of display products and supplies, ensuring timely restocking and organization. • Train and support pharmacy staff on effective merchandising techniques and product knowledge. • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure consistent messaging across all retail channels, both in-store and online. Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy settings. • Strong understanding of visual merchandising, product placement, and promotional strategies. • Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and design skills. • Knowledge of 503A pharmacy regulations and requirements (preferred). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to execute merchandising strategies effectively. • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with retail software systems are a plus.
