We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Intern to join our retail pharmacy team. This internship is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in sales, customer service, or pharmacy operations. The Sales Intern will support the store team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving in-store sales.
Responsibilities
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on over-the-counter (OTC) items
• Support the sales team in promoting current deals, loyalty programs, and new products
• Help restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure merchandise is organized and well-labeled
• Learn and use the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions and returns
• Assist in preparing daily sales reports and tracking sales performance
• Participate in community outreach or promotional events hosted by the pharmacy
• Support pharmacists and store staff in maintaining a clean, professional environment
• Currently pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (or recent graduate)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-first attitude and a willingness to learn
• Interest in retail, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours
