    About Us

    LTC Scripts is a rapidly growing long-term care pharmacy serving assisted living, memory care, behavioral health, detox, correctional, and skilled nursing facilities throughout New Jersey. We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician with strong knowledge of FrameworkLTC (SoftWriters) to support prescription processing, billing, and customer service operations.

    FrameworkLTC is one of the leading pharmacy management platforms used by long-term care pharmacies and is designed to support order entry, billing, workflow management, and LTC operations.

    Primary Responsibilities

    Enter new prescriptions and refill orders accurately into FrameworkLTC

    Process and troubleshoot third-party insurance claims

    Resolve claim rejections, prior authorizations, and billing issues

    Perform Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing

    Manage refill requests and physician communications

    Process facility orders and admissions/discharges

    Review prescription queues for completeness and accuracy

    Work closely with pharmacists, nurses, and facility staff

    Maintain compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy regulations

    Document activities and follow established workflow procedures

    Required Qualifications

    Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license (where applicable)

    Minimum 2 years of pharmacy technician experience

    Minimum 2 year of FrameworkLTC (SoftWriters) experience

    Strong understanding of LTC pharmacy workflow

    Experience with insurance billing and rejection resolution

    Excellent computer and data entry skills

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in long-term care pharmacy

    Familiarity with assisted living and behavioral health facilities

    Experience with cycle fills, admissions, and facility billing

    Knowledge of eMAR/EHR interfaces

    Experience working remotely
