Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (On-Site)

Job Description

My Pharmacist on Call is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an on-site role that requires strong prescription typing skills, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Work Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Requirements

Must be experienced and trained in PioneerRx pharmacy software

Must be able to work physically in the pharmacy (on-site role)

Fast and accurate prescription typing skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to differentiate medication forms (e.g., ointment vs cream)

Understanding of extended-release vs immediate-release medications

Knowledge of package sizes and correct day supply calculations

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Preferred Qualities

Organized and dependable

Able to multitask in a busy pharmacy setting

Team player with a positive attitude
