About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Prepare and dispense medications accurately and efficiently.

Assist pharmacists in managing medication therapy and patient consultations.

Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and nursing staff.

Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety protocols.

Participate in continuous education and training programs.

Support the pharmacy team in daily operations and workflow.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification preferred.

Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in long-term care.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and medication management.

Valid pharmacy technician license in Washington state.
