    THE JOB: Joiner Human Resource Specialist

    THE CHALLENGE: THIS will serve as key project team member for the People Operations team.

    REPORTING TO: People Operations Specialist

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    • Administer HRIS system.
    • Work with the People Operations Partner and HR Director to develop key People & Culture communications.
    • Work with the People Operations team on administering culture surveys.
    • Update and maintain employees’ records.
    • Serve as voice to distribution centers employees by consistently monitoring feedback from the team and bringing feedback back to the People Operations team to discuss how we continue to enhance the culture at Pharmapacks.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

    • 2 -3 years of prior HR administrative experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
    • MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH/SPANISH.)
    • Strong Analytics Skills.
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Ability to priorities work effectively.
    • Able to balance/challenge conflicting objectives.
    • Understands team goals and company business drivers.
