    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Providing support to the Executive Director of Sales to manage all sales efforts, namely advertising, social media, events/expo preparations, marketing and sales materials, presentation planning and preparation. The job may also include duties such as communications to clients, inter-departmental communications and liaisons, travel and client scheduling, coordination of sales and marketing materials, coordination with R&D efforts, shipping of product samples to clients, working with ASANA and quoting spreadsheet (FPQ), researching the internet for client and product information, building and keeping lists of prospects, working on various projects and technical tasks as needed. 

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Coordinate all aspects of advertising
    • Oversee all social media efforts
    •  Demonstrate creative ability for online videos and other communications
    • Coordinate creation of sales and marketing materials
    • Oversee all aspects of corporate participation in various expos/conventions
    • Demonstrate a solid customer focus.
    • Maintain communications and coordinate online and in-person meetings and presentations with key clients.
    • Develop a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge.
    • Help Sales team develop a firm market presence through publications, sales and marketing materials and events through efficient networking relations.
    • Provide inputs, creative solutions, and ideas.
    • Help with the compilation of metrics, sales plans and reporting as required.
    • Manage sales leads and current customers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
    • Qualify leads for follow-up by the Executive Director of Sales.
    • Renew existing accounts of clients with increased levels of service and potential product suggestions.
    • Analyze client product offering to find vacancies for sales presentations of new products
    • Working with Marketing team and Executive Sales Director to provide ideas about new outbound sales.
    • Facilitate customer database mailings, and marketing efforts.
    • Gather necessary documents from new and current clients.
    • Work on special projects and contribute to team efforts.
    • Provide detailed updates on job activities to the Executive Sales Director.
    • Provide feedback from clients regarding samples, pricing and improvements needed.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    College degree or relevant experience required.

    • Able to handle a hard multi-tasking environment.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally if needed.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Position may require a moderate amount of travel.

    PAY

    $55,000 - $70,000
