This individual must have hands on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Position Summary: The eCommerce Accounting Clerk for Amazon is an important role within our business therefore, it is extremely important that this individual is knowledgeable in general accounting principles, knowledgeable of the company products, Amazon, and the process. The eCommerce Accountant acts as a liaison between ecommerce and accounting, providing product information and handles the accounting aspects the Amazon store. Duties include: - Responsible for monitoring the inbox and responding to all customer concerns in a timely manner. - Maintains customer relationship by responding to inquiries and documenting actions - Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes - Assist with placement of orders, refunds and/or exchanges - Answer and address all customer inquiries 7 days a week and coordinate with project managers, warehouse manager and FedEx to address the issue. - Perform daily Amazon responsibilities including but not limited to, inventory reconciliation, shipment investigation, inventory management, listing creations, etc. - Knowledgeable of the Amazon platform and how to look up ASINs - Up to date on Amazon Seller Central customer service requirements following the rules & guidelines set by Amazon - Review and post all Amazon FBA & FBM invoices in accounting software - Process and post previous day's FBA returns, reimbursement, and other fees - Handles open claims with all clients, Amazon, FedEx for all lost and/or damaged packages - Ability to calculate FBA inventory levels and send inventory based off a calculated run rate - Open and find a resolution on listings/brands that have been suspended or blocked and have them reactivated Qualifications / Skills/ Qualities: At least 1 years Amazon Seller Central Experience 1 Years Accounting experience Bachelor's Degree in business or related field Advance knowledge of Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented Warehouse Knowledge (Preferred) Why You Should Apply: Competitive Salary Free medical coverage (Kaiser HMO) and Dependent care credit Free Dental & Vision coverage for all employees 401(k) plan with employer match Generous Paid Time Off & Holiday plan Outstanding company culture, with an amazing teamwork environment Employee Assistance Programs & Working Advantage Discount package Company Description: Phelps United LLC dba Sourcing Solutions, headquartered in Costa Mesa, California provides technology and electronics manufacturers instant access across multiple B2B and B2C sales channels through its proprietary OPTIX software platform.
