    Our rapidly expanding insurance agency is looking for 3 part-time or full-time Life Insurance Agents to join our team! No license or experience is needed. We will train the right candidates. Must be 18+, live in the US, and pass a background check. You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We’ll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. No cold calls. Paid training bonus program. The company covers all required life and securities pre-licensing courses and required state licenses. Unlimited commission-based income. This is not hourly or salary. Residual income opportunities. Must be coachable and willing to complete the training process. Responsibilities: • Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies • Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submission questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via networking, referrals, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims Qualifications: • Must be 18+ years old • No Felonies • US Citizen • Strong Work Ethic • Open-Minded • Coachable • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must • Client service experience as a sales representative is a plus Compensation: $50,000 yearly
