Benefits: • Full-Time position • Medical benefits, Dental, and Vision • PTO • $50,000-$70,000 Depending on experience and qualifications Responsibilities: • Answering phones: Professionally handle incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. • Customer Service: Interact with clients and customers in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing concerns and providing necessary information. • Invoice Processing: Efficiently process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Accounts Receivable: Monitor and collect accounts receivable, maintaining positive relationships with clients and addressing payment-related inquiries. • Administrative Tasks: Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including recording payroll hours, and processing remote deposits and checks. Qualifications: • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in plumbing or construction. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word. Compensation: $50,000-$70,000
