Entry Level Rate is $12 / hour, with a possible increase in 90 days - 6 months as things go well. Responsibilities: • Creating and managing Facebook ads • Creating lead funnels • Create and design marketing materials • Content generation (blogs, ebooks) • Instagram ads and planning • Texting/messaging with prospects to develop relationships and opportunities • Celebrating birthdays/anniversaries and life milestones of our clients/prospects • Making our clients feel special through phone calls/email campaigns • Creating email action plans and process • Filling in database information like birthdays and anniversaries Qualifications: • Photography and video recording/editing skills. • Design experience on Canva, Illustrator and Photoshop. • Admin: expert level in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, and experience with CRMs. • Easily able to learn new technology/systems. Compensation: $12 per hour
