    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure that every call is handled with World Class service.
    • Manage an up-to-date, accurate database and reports.
    • Set an example for effort, ethics, team play and decorum.
    • Conduct inbound and outbound calls as needed, as well as special call campaigns to promote seasonal products or events

    SKILLS

    • Excellent manners, communication skills and quest for clarity
    • Stellar Keyboarding skills
    • Ability to follow a script

    KEY PRIORITIES

    • Maintain appointment schedules and open slots up to the minute. Prevent low percentage appointments from clogging high percentage opportunities.
    • Ensure every company-generated lead is contacted, added to the database, profiled and resulted quickly and efficiently.
    • Follow the script and work at an acceptable pace.
    • Ensure the area is always clean, sanitary and professional.
    • Adhere to the Inside Sales Center’s policy guidelines which are based on respect, courtesy, cleanliness, responsibility, teamwork, performance and fun.
    • Any additional duties that may be assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school graduate; some college preferred
    • Must pass background and drug test
    • 7:30am-2:30pm Monday through Friday part-time; Could work into fulltime; some Saturdays 9am-1pm
    • Wear a uniform and exhibit professional presence every day
    • Dependable transportation, attendance and punctuality!
