    Legal Assistant Downtown Miami Hiring an awesome Legal Assistant! We are an entrepreneurial family, probate, and real estate law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need an experienced legal assistant to join our incredible team – working directly with the owner to support the team and help our clients. Everyone in our firm works together in a cohesive way because we care about our clients and want to help them as efficiently as possible. We need an assistant with experience in family, probate, and/or real estate law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. Excellent writing and communication skills are a must with attention to detail. This is a full-time job where you will be expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work in the office for 40 hours per week. Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for additional compensation for those who can demonstrate their productivity and profitability. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
