    Job Description

    MUST RESIDE IN WASHINGTON STATE, PREFERABLY KING/SNOHOMISH COUNTY

    Phillips Law Firm is looking to hire a Representative to conduct in-office and in-the-field face-to-face and phone interactions with both potential and existing business partners and clients.

    Work includes acting as an ambassador for the firm and responsibilities include establishing and maintaining good relationships with business partners and their staff. They must build trust and act as support for potential and current clients. This Representative will also perform administrative tasks encompassing marketing, reports, and case review.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Traveling around the market territory to meet with clients and business partners

    2. Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients and business partners daily

    3. Build new relationships with potential business partners – usually in-person lunch and coffee meetings or at the partner’s place of business. Run and Analyze weekly and monthly Reports

    4. Explain Law Firm fee agreements and medical authorizations to potential clients during retainer signings.

    5. Work closely with the marketing department and Client Resource Manager on various promotional and brand-building tasks.

    Assist with Reviewing and Auditing Cases

    Assist with Customer Service matters

     

    EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE

    Outside sales representatives should have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or any EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION THAT DEMONSTRATES EXPERTISE IN INDUSTRY MARKETING.

    Having a well-developed phone presence and a high comfort level in initiating conversations is essential to fulfilling the daily duties

     

    Aside from a social and positive personality, an individual must be a self-starter and proactive problem solver, have good attention to detail, know how to manage time, and prioritize tasks.

    Law Firm and/or Personal Injury Case Management experience is a plus

    Bilingual; Spanish language is an extra plus, but not necessary

    Experience working with MS Office and various Internet base platforms and programs is necessary

    Full time

    Hourly Pay $20-$25

    Mileage Reimbursement will be provided

    Potential for hybrid work schedule after in-office training.

    Must have a reliable vehicle, driver’s license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
