Responsibilities: This is a full-time position with a potential to earn up to $300,000 annually depending on experience As Director of Digital Marketing, you will: • Report to the CEO • Work closely with the IT team and Marketing Department to determine attribution • Handle all digital marketing and work with digital marketing vendors • Make recommendations as to what roles to bring in-house and what to outsource Oversee: • Adwords and Bing • Google My Business, Maps, etc. • NAP listings. • YouTube ads and content • Ongoing SEO • Social media campaigns And: • Determine the most important KPIs, track them, analyze them on a regular basis, and present them to the CEO • Make strategy recommendations and implement them • Propose new ideas Qualifications: • Have significant knowledge of Adwords, Google, SEO, YouTube, and social media • Have track record of ascending to increasingly higher levels of responsibility • Have experience running a digital marketing department with a sizeable budget • Be up to date on industry knowledge • Have excellent project management skills • Have experience keeping staff motivated and accountable • Salesforce experience a plus • Be self-motivated, a team player, and eager to keep learning and growing
