POSITION SUMMARY: Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
• Take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers
• Greet persons entering organization
• Direct persons to correct destination
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare correspondence and documents
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Control inventory relevant to reception area
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma
• 1-3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• College degree a plus
• Great communication skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Position involves sitting, standing, movement throughout the day in an office
• Work days are Monday through Friday, shifts vary.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs

8:00AM - 5:00PM DURING TRAINING

10:00AM - 7:00PM AFTER TRAINING IS COMPLETED
