    Phillips Law Group is an established Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm seeking an experienced lawyer for our Phoenix location. If you are driven and have at least 0-2 years' experience or interest in Personal Injury Law, an active Arizona Bar License in good standing, excellent legal analysis skills, along strong communication and interpersonal skills, please send us your resume for review. Excellent Salary, Bonus, and Benefits Available Company Offers: • Competitive salary will be commensurate with experience and education • Bonus structure based on individual and company performance • Comprehensive benefits package available beginning 1st day of the month following start date • Employer-paid Health Savings Account • Medical Insurance • Employer-paid Life Insurance • Voluntary Life Insurance • 401(k) with Employer Match Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with fellow attorneys and partners on legal initiatives • Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs in support of plaintiffs' strategies • Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients and claims on legal and factual issues • Responsible for the prompt, efficient, and effective disposition of assigned cases • Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to prelitigation case managers and support staff • Analyze and summarize legal documents • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • You must be licensed in the state of Arizona, and no State Bar discipline • 0-2 years experience preferred • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills; able to work accurately under high volume • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Westlaw • Reliable and dependable Compensation: $90,000
