FULL TIME COLLECTION AGENCY

MIN WAGE - $14 hourly (commission based positions available that can make up to $7,000 monthly)

FULL TIME (8:30AM – 4:30PM OR 8:00AM – 5:00PM MONDAY – FRIDAY

Fast paced collection agency in Riverside looking to fill multiple full – time positions. If you are able to work hard and have that gift of gab were looking for you. No experience needed, we will provide all the necessary tools for your success!

90 day probation period- must come ready to work!! No excuses!

Responsibilities Include

1. Answering incoming calls
2. Making outbound calls
3. Handling client's inquiries
4. Working with manager and supervisor to provide excellent customer service
5. Document and update client records based on interactions Qualifications
6. Motivation and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment
7. Basic computer, written and verbal skills
8. Ability to multi-task and prioritize client's needs
9. Organization Skills
10. Positive attitude and team player REQUIRED
