Philly Pretzel Factory of New Hyde Park is currently seeking a committed and motivated Production & Customer Service Team. We are looking to fill both part-time and full-time positions to work in our take-out, factory, fast paced, fun and family friendly work environment.

We are planning our Grand Opening in January of 2021

Daily production process and responsibilities will consist of:

• Making pretzel dough mix
• Twisting of pretzels and other pretzel products
• Tracking the inventory necessary for daily orders
• Baking
• Display Fanatical Customer Service at all times
• Ensure that all products are fresh and available for sale throughout the day
• Sanitation and equipment maintenance – team members need to maintain cleanliness throughout the store all day, and properly disassemble and clean all equipment
• Processing Customer Transactions and Cash Accountability – attention to details is necessary with all orders receiving/recording and processing, as well as processing the cash transactions

High school, college students, retirees or veteran’s are welcomed to apply. No experience is necessary as all team members will be trained.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be 18 or older
• Must be able to reliably commute to store location in New Hyde Park
• Must be able to work flexible hours, early mornings, weekends and Holidays

* Food Safety Certification, Baking, kitchen and/or fast food experience is a plus!

$15-$17 an hour depending on position and experience with a weekly pay frequency.
