Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within the company. The project manager will ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame, and within budget and scope. Other responsibilities include:

• Communicates with customers; defining expectations, providing regular updates and delivery timeline.
• Analyzes plans and develops requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects.
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
• Work and collaborate with the Project Team to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Determine and defines clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives.
• Identifify changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification, techniques, and client communication standards.
• Actively troubleshoot and resolve all client-related issues and requests.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of IT project management experience preferably with IT services industry background.
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• High level of professionalism including confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
• MSP industry background is highly desirable but not required.
• PMP certification is a bonus.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter that can thrive in the fast-paced, dynamic environment of their collaborative start-up culture.
• Ability to think critically and creatively to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
