Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of IT experience in a tech support related role.
- Prior experience in an MSP environment is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills are a must with experience working face-to-face with clients.
- Ability to operate and excel in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
- Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
- Schedule flexibility to participate in On-Call rotation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Technical Requirements:
- Windows Domain environments (Server 2012 - 2022) - Active Directory (User, Groups, Permissions), Domain Profiles, DNS, Multi-server environments, Virtual server environments.
- Microsoft Application Suite Installation & Support - Office 365 Setup & Configuration - Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
- Next Generation Firewall Configuration and Support - Firewall policy and configuration, VPN Tunnels (Point-to-Point, Mobile User), QOS, Traffic routing, Web Blocking (i.e. Watchguard, Meraki, Sonicwall, Cisco).
- Managed Switch Configuration - Creating and supporting VLAN environments, Port tagging, QoS, and configuration.
- Wi-Fi Configuration and Support.
- Desktop Application/Software Configuration and Support.
- Microsoft Azure Server Environments - Creating, migrating, and support.
- MFA Implementation and Support for Websites, Desktops, Servers, and VPNs.
- Implement, Configure, and Support Email Threat Protection, User Awareness Training, Cloud Managed Antivirus, Password Manager, Cloud Hosted Firewalls, DNS Redirects, and Cloud Hosted VoIP (Phones).
- Perform Network and Security Vulnerability Assessments, Email Migrations to Office 365.
- Consult customers on best practice methods to mitigate IT security-related concerns to ensure they remain secure.
- Configure and Support Access Control systems (i.e CDVI, Brivo, etc.).
- Managed Backup / BDR Environments.
- Basic Mobile Device Support - IOS and Android.
- Apple MAC OS 10.xx + Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, 11) support.
- IP based Security Camera Configuration and Support.
