Job Description

Our client already has a 25+ member Salesforce team and is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Salesforce expert that is able to communicate effectively and offer the best experience to clients, understanding their needs and transforming them into efficient solutions. The ideal candidate has worked extensively on the Salesforce platform and has a deep understanding of its capabilities and use cases.

Responsibilities

• Attend client discovery meetings to assist in gathering requirements and designing custom solutions that use Salesforce components, apps, and integrations.
• Interface with internal and external Project Managers and stakeholders to estimate, task, and build custom Salesforce functionality.
• Develop other documentation for Salesforce projects, including items like Solution Design Outlines, Workflow Diagrams, How-To Documentation and User Guides, Testing Guides, and more.
• Build Salesforce custom fields and objects.
• Develop Flows for custom Salesforce solutions.
• Design, build, and manage the end-to-end Salesforce solution including (but not limited to) data architecture, automation (flows, approval processes), security model, user interface, reports and dashboards, and deployments.
• Work with project managers to identify risks and adjust client expectations.

Qualifications

• The ideal person would have 5-10+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform and be a technical expert in usage of the platform.
• Experience in the custom software development services market with a specialization in Salesforce development.
• Demonstrated ability to run client meetings, gather requirements, design Salesforce solutions, and design low-code solutions for Salesforce Admins to build.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of the legal industry is a real plus, but not required.
