    Job Description

    We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with both the excitement and abilities necessary to grow company clientele and increase overall revenue. The SDR must be able to qualify potential accounts, reach out to businesses, set up meetings, demos, and presentations. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, securing and maintaining new business relationships, list and data management, following up on email campaigns and following up on trade shows and events. We are looking for an SDR that can work and succeed in a startup atmosphere. The right candidate will use their previous experience to bring on new business through both lead lists and especially their outbound efforts, as well as:

    •        Reach out to and qualify potential clients by creating and using leads lists.

    •        Schedule meetings, demos and participate in presentations.

    •        Research, strategize and build potential leads.

    •        Manage lead data inside the CRM database.

    •        Learn and communicate new developments in AV to new clients and trends change and new advances emerge.

    •        Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Required.

    •        Proactive and able to work independently. Self-motivated and driven.

    •        Good verbal and written communications skills.

    •        Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure, comfortable in a fast-paced high growth start-up environment.

    •        Excellent time management skills.

    •        A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.

    •        Ability to work well remotely.

    EXPERIENCE:

    •        Bachelors degree in any discipline (sales, marketing, business preferred).

    •        Preferred experience in the AV industry.

    •        Experience with using a CRM is a plus.

    $30k-$50k per year. Depending on experience.
