    Clinic Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 6 pm

    We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant who is organized, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting. The ideal candidate enjoys working closely with patients and providers and takes pride in delivering excellent care and support.

    Position Overview

    The Medical Assistant supports providers with both clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily clinic operations. This role involves assisting with patient care, preparing exam rooms, and performing routine clinical procedures. Experience with blood draws is strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Room patients and record vital signs
    • Prepare patients for exams and procedures
    • Assist providers during patient visits
    • Perform venipuncture and blood draws (preferred experience)
    • Process and prepare lab specimens
    • Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system
    • Clean and prepare exam rooms between patients
    • Manage basic administrative tasks such as scheduling, chart preparation, and patient communication
    • Maintain medical supplies and clinic organization
    • Provide friendly, professional patient service at all times

    Qualifications

    • Previous Medical Assistant experience required
    • Venipuncture/blood draw experience strongly preferred
    • Certified Phlebotomy Technician preferred
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
    • Excellent communication and patient care skills
    • Comfortable working in a small clinic environment where teamwork is essential
