Compensation & Growth
Base Pay Range (Full-Time)
$18.50 – $22.50 per hour
(Approximately $38,500 – $46,800 annually, after initial 3-6 month part-time period, based on a full-time schedule)
Compensation within this range is based on experience, communication skills, and ability to take ownership of front desk operations in a patient-focused, cash-pay medical environment.

This role includes performance-based bonuses, for full-time candidates only, is tied to appointment retention, schedule integrity, and patient experience. Team members who take ownership of the schedule and patient journey are rewarded directly for protecting clinic revenue.

About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, a professional multi-skilled person dedicated to assisting in all aspects of medical practice under the direct supervision and responsibility of a provider in a private medical practice setting. This position will start as a part-time job for the first 3-6 months and then transition to full-time.
Anderson Longevity Clinic@ is a patient-focused, cash-pay longevity clinic dedicated to helping individuals optimize their health, vitality, and confidence through personalized, evidence-based care. Our clinic specializes in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management and weight loss, peptide therapies, advanced laboratory testing, and anti-aging medicine, all delivered in a calm, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional, compassionate, and ethical service in all interactions with patients
· Hold and maintain Florida certification that was earned from an in-person phlebotomy program
· Hold and maintain any additional certifications that may be required to meet local, state, or federal requirements
· Maintain a clear, organized, and hygienic work area based on health and safety regulations and the guidelines of the medical institution
· Appropriately use and maintain all technical equipment used to safely draw blood from patients
· Clearly explain the process of drawing blood to a patient and provide compassionate reassurance as needed
· Apply professional knowledge and technical skills to safely draw blood from patients using appropriate equipment
· Provide appropriate post-draw care including but not limited to applying dressings to the draw wound
· Accurately register and store the blood in the correct environment
· Accurately and promptly send blood samples to “approved” testing laboratories
· Accurately keep track of blood samples and results that are returned after testing
· Accurately update patient records
· Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resources on the collection process if requested
· Participate in all sales initiatives, including but not limited to, using suggestive sales techniques to explain the benefits of all blood screening procedures offered by the clinic(s)
· Complete all initial and future franchisor required training within the required timeframe
· Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned or outlined in Anderson Longevity Clinic® Operations Manual
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree {GED) required
Completion of Medical Assistant training is required
Phlebotomy Certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate is required
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Computer knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 - 3 years of related work experience
Certification by the American Association of Medical Assistants
Registered by the American Medical Technologists
