    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract
    Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

    About the Role

    Testudo Logistics is seeking an experienced and credentialed Phlebotomist to support a federal healthcare program in St. Louis, MO. This is a weekday-only position with no nights or weekends, ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance in a high-quality clinical environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection
    • Accurately label, process, and transport specimens per protocol
    • Maintain sample integrity and comply with HIPAA and infection control standards
    • Enter data into electronic systems and communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff
    • Support specimen handling in compliance with laboratory procedures

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience
    • Current certification from one of the following:
      • ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology)
      • NHA (National Healthcareer Association)
      • NPA (National Phlebotomy Association)
    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Experience in hospital or high-volume outpatient settings preferred
    • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
