WHO IS RIGHT FOR THE JOB?

Phoebe, a premier provider of high quality nursing and rehabilitative health care services to older adults, is seeking  a compassionate, caring, and experienced GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE to be responsible for providing hospitality services and who are interested in joining our dedicated team at our ALLENTOWN campus.

SKILLS CRUCIAL TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE: 

• Responsible to provide hospitality service in assigned dining room/pantry to Residents/guests during set dining service periods.
• Responsible to pre-stage/set dining tables to required standards
• Prepare beverages, condiments, desserts, etc. 
• Must maintain a clean/sanitary work environment
• Must meet food safety standards and safe food handling procedures at all times
• Responsible to bus/clear/reset sanitize and maintain established dining hospitality standards
• Assist in resident room tray service pr policy
• Wash and sanitize dish ware for re-use
• Assist /support Culinary Tech as needed
• Complete pre-meal prep work in main kitchen per job flow tasks

MUST HAVE'S:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• One year or greater, of experience in hospitality service industry
