Phoebe is seeking a full-time HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR who is interested in joining our dedicated team.
RESPONSIBILITIES CRUCIAL TO SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE:
- Responsible for all employee payroll transactions associated with hiring, position changes, terminations, compensation, benefits, union seniority, etc
- Run HR reports on weekly, bi-weekly, month, annual, and as needed basis
- Responsible for system maintenance of the HRIS systems including training.
- Responsible for managing paid annual leave plans, tuition reimbursement, and uniform allowance
- Process bonus payouts, tuition reimbursement, and other payroll related items
- Provide support to the HR department
MUST HAVE'S:
- Bachelor's degree within an applicable major is preferred
- Experience working within an HRIS system is preferred
- Experience working with unemployment claims is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Human Resources is preferred
