    Job Description

    Our company is currently seeking ​a  Bookkeeper and accountant  to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
    • Compute and record numerical data
    • Check the accuracy of business transactions
    • Perform data entry and administrative duties
    • Prepare documents and reports as needed
    • Pay all Real Estate Taxes and all vendors
    • Reconcile bank accounts

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields of at least 5 years
    • Fundamental knowledge of Bookkeeping Software
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite
