    SUMMARY:

    Phoenix Logistics, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for Military Analysts for Joint Base San Antonio, TX. This position reports to and takes direction from the Technical Integration Section Lead. They are responsible for ensuring training events comply with current Army doctrine, DATE/OE, and CTC best practices. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides unit exercise planning and scheduling support IAW JELC and CJCS Guide 3501. 
    • Conducts training unit coordination for collective training event planning, design (scenarios/MSEL), meeting support, EXCON/HICON and response cell management, and training event AARs. 
    • Supports TOC MCIS integration, data mining and reach back of the Mission Support Operations Center, TSP and SOP development, virtual mission rehearsals, and unit use of the LVC-G TADSS to best support collective training requirements. 
    • Coordinates training event development across the Technical Integration and Training Support Sections.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Graduate of SLC, CGSOC, or higher
    • 7 years military training management and operations experience
    • Secret clearance
    • Minimal travel is required

    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Military service with experience in areas similar to those listed under required qualifications.
    • Familiarity with US Army training, operations, training aids, devices, simulators, and simulations (TADSS), and mission command information systems (MCIS)
